ManHole Ladder - Fiberglass Extension Ladder - Type 1A - 300 Lbs. Rated

A narrow fiberglass straight ladder especially designed for use in manholes. All sizes are 14" wide. Nonconductive full channel fiberglass side rails.

Features

• Utility-Style Safety Shoes - Heavy aluminum casting with thick rubber tread. Used by utilities for solid footing at differing angles. Rubber tread can be replaced when worn.
• Round Rungs - Tempered round aluminum rungs are fully serrated for slip-resistant surface. Each rung end is hydraulically double crimped to side rail with two heat-treated aluminum discs.
• Optional Rail Protectors - Can be ordered with durable rail guards to protect side rails from damage by manhole rims. Rail protectors are 3¹ long and firmly secured with four rivets per side. Accessory #E16.
• Full Channel Fiberglass Rail - Nonconductive full channel rails are covered with a polyester veil for years of service without fiber prominence or blooming.

Type 1A Channel - Fiberglass Extension Ladder - Type 1A - 300 Lbs. Rated

The extra heavy duty, channel extension ladder for lighter Industrial use. Full channel nonconductive side rails. Designed for 300 Ib. workload when set at the proper working angle.

• D-Shaped Rungs - Flat top, D-shape provides greater standing area than round rungs. Fully serrated for slip-resistant surface.
• Swivel Safety Shoes - Heavy duty plated steel shoes with thick rubber tread. Shoe can be used with tread down or in spike position.
