Please don't confuse it's patented telescopic design with the cheaper
6-hinged folding ladders which have flooded the market recently.
As you will see, these ladders are totally different in design and
function. Folding ladders are unable to adjust in height as our
telescopic Little Giant Ladder can easily do. Relying on 3 pairs
of hinges, the competition merely bends into a number of contorted
positions in an attempt to mimic our patented design. Little Giant
Ladders are telescopically adjustable in one foot increments, both
in the stepladder position and extension position, so you are not
stuck with just one size of ladder. Pinched fingers are not a problem
with the Little Giant Ladder, due to design and engineering measures
incorporated into the ladder. Little Giant Type 1A ladders are tested
at 1200 lbs. in every recommended ladder position. In the stepladder
position, there are rungs on both sides of the ladder, so it can
be used as a 2-man ladder. In fact, it meets or exceeds OSHA's Type
1A, 300 lb rating for ladders, and it comes with a Lifetime warranty.
There are 2 other weight ratings available: a 375lb Type 1AA Extra
Heavy Duty version, and a 250lb Type 1 medium duty version. They function the same as the original
1A version, just in different weight ratings. They all meet ANSI
14.2 requirements for ladders. Fiberglass models are also available.

The Little
Giant MXZ Stepladder makes short work of tall orders.
It makes replacing lights and performing other ceiling-height
work in auditoriums, gymnasiums and churches a simpler, far
less time-consuming project. Adjustable in one foot increments,
the Little Giant MXZ Stepladder extends to the exact height
you need.
The "fold-down" height of the
MXZ is about 1/2 of it's extended stepladder height. That
makes moving through tight hallways and narrow doors a cinch
compared to scaffolding and other large ladders. OSHA Type
1A 300lb rated. They're Made in the USA, and come with a 5
year warranty.

Telescoping
Planks
The Little
Giant Medium Duty Telecoping Plank is a great accessory
to the Little Giant Ladder. The telescoping ability of this
plank enables it to store in a fraction of its extended length.
No longer are you required to carry and use a long, clumsy
fixed-length plank. These planks are also much safer than
a wooden plank, due to splits, knotholes, and other imperfections
inherent to wooden planks. With our telescoping aluminum planks,
you can simply adjust to the exact length you need. These
planks are made of aircraft quality aluminum, and are extremely
well crafted. Made in the USA. OSHA rated as a medium duty
1 man plank, 250lb capacity. Planks are 12.25" wide.
