Features

• Rail Dimensions - Front and back rails with radiused edges and grooved steps hold up under daily use. Side rails are 1" x 3 1/2" in front and 1" x 2 1/2" in back.

Artisan™ Twin Front Wood Step Ladder - Type 1A - 300 Lbs. Rated

Twin-front mechanic step ladder is designed as a trestle ladder for entry from either side. Extra heavy duty, 300 lb. rated Industrial ladder with grooved steps on front and back. Manufactured from select ladder grade pine.

Both sides of an WM1000 mechanic series ladder can be used simultaneously by one person per side. Each side is designed to support one person including materials up to 300lbs. Total combined weight on ladder must not exceede 600lbs. (300lbs. per side).

• Rail Dimensions - Constructed of two pine Artisan step front sections. Front and back rails with radiused edges and grooved steps hold up under daily use. All side rails are 1" x 3 1/2".
• Extra Heavy Top Hinge - Heavy gauge plated steel hinge for durability and ease of operation. Metal-to-metal hinge joined with 3/8" bolt and locknut.

Artisan™ Wood Platform Step Ladder - Type 1A - 300 Lbs. Rated

Extra heavy duty platform ladder designed for prolonged standing at one height. Same construction as pine Artisan™ step ladder. Size measured to platform.

• Large Work Platform - Large, stable working platform 14 1/2" wide by 19 3/4" deep locks ladder in place when open.
• Top Rail Guard - Wood cross brace serves as a railing for working from the platform.
• Tie Rods & Truss Blocks - Each step fortified with plated steel rods and metal truss blocks. Tie rods are secured through plated steel washers on outside of ladder rails.

Artisan™ Wood Extension Trestle - Type 1A - 300 Lbs. Rated

Extra heavy duty, 300 lb. rated extension trestle for free-standing extension needs. Also ideal for use with scaffold planks. Designed to accommodate planks up to 14" wide when trestles are used in pairs. Fly section is not designed for use as a single ladder.

• Rail Dimensions - Trestle front and back legs and fly section rails are constructed of 1 3/8" x 2 3/4" hemlock.
• Heavy Trestle Top Hinge - Extra heavy plated steel strap hinges form top of trestle and support slide guides for the fly section.
• Slide Guides & Spreader Braces - Plated steel spreader braces interlock with the bottom pair of fly section slide guides.
• Locking Bail - Hinged steel bail provides easy to use solution for locking the fly section in place. Fly section can be raised or lowered in 12" increments without closing the trestle.

Kentuckian™ Wood Extension - Type 1A - 300 Lbs. Rated

Extra heavy duty Industrial extension. Partially rodded, parallel sides are standard. Designed for a 300 lb. workload when set at the proper working angle.

Features

• Rail Dimensions - Side rails are made of select Hemlock or Douglas Fir with radiused edges. Side rails are 1 3/8" x 2 3/4" for 16'-28' and 1 3/8" x 3" for 32'-40' sizes.
• Gravity Rung Locks - Die cast aluminum, gravity type rung locks with super tough nylon flipper. Secured to side rails with 5/16" carriage bolt and plated steel bracket.
• Partial Rodded Hardwood Rungs - 1 1/8" hardwood rungs. Fortified with tie rods secured through plated steel washers on outside of ladder rails. Rods under top, center and bottom rungs of each section.

Tripod Wood Step Ladder - Wood - Type II - 225 Lbs. Rated

commercial grade step ladder for general purpose and light Industrial use. Three-legged design, preferred for increased stability on uneven ground and for use in limited access areas. Manufactured from select ladder grade pine.

Features

• Rail Dimensions - Front and back rails with radiused edges and grooved steps. Pine front rails and outriggers are 3/4" x 2 5/8" (3/4"x 3 1/4" on 12'). Hemlock back leg is 1 3/8" x 2 3/4".
• Center-Pull Spreader Brace - Unique center-pull spreader brace designed for one-hand operation. Brace is plated steel for extra strength and durability.
• Heavy Duty Top Hinge - Heavy duty plated steel metal-to-metal hinge connects front rails and rear leg. Wraparound feature adds strength and protects top.
• Reinforced Outrigger - Long outrigger supports spread out the base for extra stability. Plated steel brackets for added strength and stiffness.

3600 Series Wood Step Ladder - Wood - Type 1 - 250 Lbs. Rated

A heavy duty, 250 lb. rated Industrial stepladder. Ideal for Iight and general Industrial use. Manufactured from select ladder grade pine.

• Rail Dimensions - Front and back rails with radiused edges and grooved steps with flush front edges. Side rails are 3/4" x 3 1/4" in front and 3/4" x 2 1/4" in back.
• Heavy Top Hinge - Heavy duty plated steel hinge connects front rails and rear legs for rigidity and durability. Wrap-around feature adds strength and protects top. Anti-split bracket on back rail.

• Rail Dimensions - Front and back rails with radiused edges and grooved steps. Side rails are 3/4" x 2-5/8" front and 3/4" x 1-5/8" in back. Back rail 3/4" x 1-3/4" on 10' model.
